01ABOUT US

Not just interpreters. Not just guides.

Our role is not only to communicate — it is to close the distance between a meeting and a result. We work to create the conditions in which a deal can actually be decided.

In a world where information arrives instantly, it is the human things — the atmosphere of a place, the energy between people, trust that has been earned — that carry the most value in business. Algorithms find data. They do not build relationships.

  • No corporate stiffness
  • Two people, directly
  • Real-time local insight
02SERVICES

Three areas where it actually counts.

  1. 01

    Trade fair & on-site support

Booth setup, live interpreting through the negotiation, introductions on the show floor, and the follow-up that decides whether a meeting becomes an order. We are at the stand with you, working in Japanese, English and Mandarin.

  2. 02

    Market entry & business support

Regulatory compliance, import and distribution setup, an eye on the contract, and the market figures behind the decision. Power BI models turn European market data into KPIs your team can actually act on.

  3. 03

    VIP & leisure concierge

Business dinners, sightseeing, golf, hotels and transport. The arrangements Japanese visitors most often want and are least often offered, handled by people who know both the etiquette and the ground.

03WHY US

A closeness a large firm cannot offer.

  • Actually on the ground

Not a call centre in another time zone. We live in Germany and the UK, and we come to the booth, the meeting room and the dinner afterwards.

  • The same two people

No account manager, no hand-off to a junior team. The two people you speak with first are the two people standing beside you in Europe.

  • Judgement, backed by data

Local instinct is where we start, not where we stop. Power BI models, market figures and a legal eye on the contract turn a feeling into a decision you can defend internally.

04PROCESS

How we work, in four steps.

  1. 1

    Conversation

We start with an exchange of information, not a proposal. Where are you going, and why now?

  2. 2

    Preparation

Market data, a target list, a briefing on local business customs, and an agenda shaped to how European counterparts actually meet.

  3. 3

    On the ground

We are physically there — the booth, the meeting room, the dinner afterwards — working in both languages at once.

  4. 4

    Follow-through

Bilingual notes, clear next actions, and continued contact with the people you met — so momentum survives the flight home.

05WHO WE WORK WITH

The people we are usually called by.

Japanese SMEs considering Europe for the first time

  • B

Teams exhibiting at or visiting European trade fairs

  • C

Companies heading into negotiations with European partners

  • D

Executives who want a short trip to Europe to actually count
